We are extremely pleased to announce that the Practice has been rated 'Outstanding' in our recent CQC inspection.

Only 4% of GP practices in the country have been given this rating and we are incredibly proud of all the Staff and our Patient Participation Group for their contribution to the Practice.

November 2016 - 23 GP appointments and 71 Nurse appointments were not attended. This equates to 3 hours and 45 minutes of GP time and 10 and a half hours of nurse time.

December 2016 - 24 GP appointments and 55 Nurse appointments were not attended. This equates to 4 hours of GP time and over 9 hours of nurse time.

That is a total of 27 and a half hours of clinicians time wasted due to patients not turning up.

Please inform the surgery in good time if you are unable to attend an appointment so this can be offered to someone else.
