***Christmas and New Year Opening Hours***

The surgery will be closed on Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th December 2017 and will reopen on Wednesday 27th December as normal.

The surgery will be closed on Monday 1st January 2018 and will reopen on Tuesday 2nd January 2018 as normal.

If you require medical assistance during this period, dependant on your condition, please consult your Pharmacist or contact the Out of Hours GP by calling 111.

Complaints

Customer service formWe strive to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened or our service could be improved. A suggestion box is located in the foyer for your informal comments, alternatively you can submit this through our website under the 'Contact Details' section.

Alternatively, our Practice Manager, Tracey Colman would be happy to hear your views.

If you wish to make a formal complaint about any aspect of our service, this will be dealt with in accordance with the practice complaints procedure, a copy of which is available upon request. Please see the link to our complaint leaflet below. 

In the first instance, please ask to speak to Tracey, or, in her absence, Dorinda Doddy.

Please be aware that if a complaint is received from a patient, the practice may need to provide information about the patient, and the treatment they have received, to insurers or legal advisors.
