We are extremely pleased to announce that the Practice has been rated 'Outstanding' in our recent CQC inspection.


Only 4% of GP practices in the country have been given this rating and we are incredibly proud of all the Staff and our Patient Participation Group for their contribution to the Practice.

Complaints

Customer service formWe strive to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened or our service could be improved. A suggestion box is located in the foyer for your informal comments, alternatively you can submit this through our website under the 'Contact Details' section.

Alternatively, our Practice Manager, Tracey Colman would be happy to hear your views.

If you wish to make a formal complaint about any aspect of our service, this will be dealt with in accordance with the practice complaints procedure, a copy of which is available upon request. Please see the link to our complaint leaflet below. 

In the first instance, please ask to speak to Tracey, or, in her absence, Dorinda Doddy.

Please be aware that if a complaint is received from a patient, the practice may need to provide information about the patient, and the treatment they have received, to insurers or legal advisors.
