Due to staff changes we have reluctantly introduced an on the day booking service for GP appointments in June, July and August. Therefore there is no pre-booking in operation for GP appointments in the above months.  We appreciate your understanding and the normal appointment system will resume from September.

Customer service formWe strive to provide the best services possible, but there may be times when you feel that this has not happened or our service could be improved. A suggestion box is located in the foyer for your informal comments, alternatively you can submit this through our website under the 'Contact Details' section.

Alternatively, our Practice Manager, Tracey Colman would be happy to hear your views.

If you wish to make a formal complaint about any aspect of our service, this will be dealt with in accordance with the practice complaints procedure, a copy of which is available upon request. Please see the link to our complaint leaflet below. 

In the first instance, please ask to speak to Tracey, or, in her absence, Dorinda Doddy.

Please be aware that if a complaint is received from a patient, the practice may need to provide information about the patient, and the treatment they have received, to insurers or legal advisors.
