We are aware that you are being asked by Pharmacists to have your flu jab with them and stating it takes the pressure off GP surgeries. We would prefer you to have the vaccination here as it gives our nurses an opportunity to see if there is anything outstanding in your records e.g. blood tests, blood pressure check etc.

If you are aged 65 or over, pregnant, or have a chronic condition (Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, history of splenectomy etc.) you may be eligible for a flu jab.
Please contact Hickings Lane Medical Centre to book your flu appointment

Did you know that you can now order repeat prescriptions and book routine GP appointments online? If you would like access to this service please ask at reception or see our online services page for details.
